Construction Estimator
Scott Humphrey has partnered with a client specialized in the multifamily field looking for an estimator with a strong track record of completing takeoffs and estimates for Ground Up/New Construction. Multifamily/mixed-use experience preferred. The Estimator is responsible for Assistant estimators, Field Engineers, Interns, and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as an Estimator, bidding projects over $10M in value. Estimating Software.
