Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Technical support, break-fix, repair.
- Starting the shift will be M-F, 9-6, after completing all required certs and training, approx. 3 weeks, the schedule will be Sun-Thu 1200-2100, and will be rotating On-Call [handling after hours urgent cases if any], with the possibility of Overtime| Lexmark cert and experience are preferred but not necessary, experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus,
- HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary.
- Tech miles will be driving varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated.
- The tech location preferred in Denver, CO, 80501|
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.
- tech will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met within the required 4 to 6-hour window.
- This role requires extensive driving, efficient routing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules.
