Description:
- 10+ yrs of exp ( ideal - 13-14 yrs) . Should be in IT related in Pharma ( cloud/ digital/infra/ security / SAP / MS )
- Last 4-5 yrs in this market NJ
- Should be more in Pharma from IT Sales perspective
- Should have done business with top Pharma companies in NJ .. etc .. at least 10 + customers he knows at CIO / CISO level.
- Minimum business he should have done per year should be 4-5 Mn USD
- Aware of Fixed bid projects / Annual maintenance services ( AMS) / Staffing / upgrades/migrations
- Self driven / independent .
- Need a local based person in NJ ( in and around Princeton/south Brunswick/North Brunswick/edison/ east Brunswick)
- The person should fit in culture of YASH . he needs to know that we need hunter ..not a manager managing people.. yes after 2 yrs if he can grow the market we can add team member below him
Should be capable and presentable to CIO / CISO.
