The ideal candidate will have come from a commercial construction background. Project types might include Higher Education, Hospital/Medical Facilities, Office buildings, or other large commercial or light industrial projects.
This is for one of the highest-end General Contractors in the Charlotte market. Roles available will include APM to PM. There is deep pipeline of work in Charlotte.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from cradle to grave.
- Create RFQ and purchase orders.
- Report to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with projects exceeding $5M
- Software: Procore and Primavera P6.
- Established relationships and knowledge of subcontractors in the NC market.
- Organizational and communication skills.
