Description:
4 shifts A, B, C, and D. A and C work together and B and D work together. When A is on days, C is on nights and vice versus for B and D. For example A shift will work days Tues and Wednesday and C shift will work those nights. They will then be off Thurs and Friday and work opposite what they did on Tues/Wed. So A shift will work Sat, Sun, and Mon night and C shift will work days. Essentially every other weekend off.
Perform routine analytical chemistry tests in an accurate and timely manner. Be responsible for conducting routine quality control (QC) testing and recordkeeping in a safe, accurate and orderly manner. Conduct various wet chemical and instrumental analyses of samples for process control and final QC inspection. Ensure the accuracy of finished product analysis.
Education:
An Associate’s degree in science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Science background
• Previous experience with the analytical testing
• Familiar with GMP/GLP (Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices)
• Understanding of wet chemistry techniques
• Experience with lab instrumentation
Requirements:
• The willingness and ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call coverage

Special Characteristics:
Must have the ability to relocate equipment and supplies. Must have the ability to walk long distances. Involves standing for long periods of time, climbing stairs and ladders. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
