A New York-based Asset Management firm is looking for an IT Director.
This role is a full-time/permanent role and a hybrid remote set-up in NYC. Must be local.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the firm receives the right levels of service from external service providers and key strategic partners, serving as a liaison to external IT vendors and support services. Ensure consistency and integrity of end-to-end processes across service providers. We need someone who can wear multiple hats and can be a leader and oversee IT Delivery.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Working knowledge of End User Support, Infrastructure Management (On Prem & Cloud).
- Working knowledge of On-Prem infrastructure management such as maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting of VMware infrastructure.
- Experience in both Linux and Windows
- DR & BCP testing and maintenance working knowledge.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance knowledge. Working with MSP to implement Cybersecurity Program.
