Title: Lead Pega application support engineer
Client: Telecom - Hybrid in Dallas, TX
NOTE: This is not a Pega developer role. See the requirements for Prod support point of view and also need a lead Experience
Min 10+ years of Pega application support experience in a Telecom Ordering environment
1. Excellent experience in in the Pega QP (Quick Processor), JS (Job Scheduler) & PDC Alerts (Pega Diagnostic Center) for Reflows
2. Good knowledge of Pega Case Management, Decisioning with preferred Pega PRPC Case Mgmt certification
3. Excellent knowledge in hands-on Kibana/Elastic Search Log analysis. Creation of Alerts for Spikes for Monitoring production.
4. Excellent knowledge in POSTMAN
5. Excellent SQL Queries and Oracle DB knowledge
6. Monitoring Tableau dashboards
7. Production Monitoring capabilities
8. Be able to Lead a team of Pega application support engineers
