Looking for highly motivated Oracle Developer looking to contribute to the organization.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop and implement customer facing applications using PL/SQL and Oracle;
-Understand business requirements to formulate sound technical solutions;
-Develop and test solutions within existing product base;
-Build out new enhancements to the product suite;
-Support internal analyst and end user testing as needed;
-Troubleshoot & resolve application issues, providing timely support to end-users;
-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations in software development;
About the candidate:
Required: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Required: 5 years of PL/SQL, SQL & Oracle database concepts
Desired: 1-3 years of experience in Oracle Developer Suite (Forms and Reports)
Desired, but not required: APEX development experience
Desired: Working knowledge of UNIX server concepts and UNIX shell scripting
The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills and work well independently or as part of a cross functional team.
