Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and coordinated efforts across all stakeholders for seamless project execution. This role requires effective prioritization, status updates, and proactive management of conflicting demands to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop robust mitigation strategies. Regularly monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing any issues that could impact delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status and performance metrics.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Leverage innovative tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, allowing team members to complete projects successfully.
- Event Management: Plan and organize logistical aspects for client events, including supply coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site management.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current project processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the CPG industry or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others while facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with the retail environment, particularly Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon, is a plus.
