Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager. This critical role is responsible for driving lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Improvement Projects: Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing throughput.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and implement factory improvements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Facilitate Kaizen Events: Organize and lead Kaizen events, providing training and hands-on support to drive sustainable results.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent application of visual controls and productivity measures.
- Training and Development: Provide training on lean manufacturing principles and support the skill development of team leaders.
- Support Change Management: Champion change management initiatives and share best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on lean principles.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
