Genoa Employment Solutions is currently seeking IT Support Specialists/Post Deployment Specialist for a contract opportunity in Des Moines, IA. This role is onsite, will require travel between facilities, and will require availability to work overtime hours.
Job responsibilities:
• Collaboration between the deployment team operations, security and customer support teams
• Responding to and resolving customer issues
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• End-User Support – efficient and responsive customer support is crucial during post deployment. Help users navigate and understand any new applications & features, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Documentation – updating and maintaining work documentation and service tickets
• This is a physical role that requires unencumbered mobility throughout the facility. This will include moving computer equipment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel is required to other locations.
- Overtime is required
- Resources will need to travel to several locations.
- Mileage reimbursement between sites – 67 cents per mile.
