Manages and executes multi-discipline project plans, ensuring safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk are controlled. Provides leadership to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget, with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive project plans, covering scope, costs, schedules, and other key considerations like safety and regulations.
- Coordinates and assembles cross-functional project teams, including various engineering, construction, and operational departments.
- Supports the creation and management of the ten-year capital investment plan for the business unit.
- Manages agreements with customers, suppliers, and contractors, including negotiation and execution.
- Oversees project close-out processes, including final acceptance, transfer of ownership, and audits.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- 5+ years of related utility experience.
- Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
