JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting with the preparation, execution, and analysis of a variety of projects for the global marketing and member experience team. This work will predominantly serve the Snap Fitness brand.
Projects are primarily focused on, but not limited to, initiatives that drive and enhance the overall member and franchisee experience globally through our technical systems. Project execution and analysis relies on synthesizing information across cross-functional departments to ensure success.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Support major global product initiatives, oftentimes simultaneously, working in conjunction with key stakeholders across departments.
- Manage daily tasks associated with project implementation, including data manipulation and reporting to support project goals.
- Support with gathering insights and making recommendations based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Support with developing and implementing comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and franchisees to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of member experience-focused products.
- Prepare information, project statuses and updates to be presented to various audiences as needed.
- Conduct desk research and gather data on industry trends, competitors, consumers, products, compiling overviews and summary reports as needed.
- Liaise with agencies/vendors as appropriate to assist with various project initiatives.

EDUCATION:
- BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience managing projects
