Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Hybris Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of a Hybris-based e-commerce platform for a major global brand. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Hybris, strong client relationship management skills, and experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance Hybris solutions.
- Oversee development and implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of Hybris developers.
- Stay current with Hybris technologies and evaluate their potential for the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Hybris development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Platform (Hybris) B2C and B2B applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and relevant technologies.
- Experience with e-commerce integrations (payment gateways, ERP, CRM).
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven team leadership and mentorship abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP Hybris certifications are a plus.
