Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position is located in Plymouth, MN
- First level of support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees.
- Assist in troubleshooting network related issues.
- Assist with deploying and upgrading network related hardware.
- Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, software installs, patches, etc.).
- Developing and updating on-line support documentation.
- Perform systems administration functions for Windows AD infrastructure and Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange on-premise and online, software updates, anti-virus, backups.
- Nextiva phone system administration – setup/deploy phones to on-site and remote personnel.
- Hybrid role - WFH 2 days per week
- Occasional travel to another facility about 1.5 hours from main facility (maybe 2x per month)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A high school diploma is required.
- A Computer Science Certificate or applicable Associates Degrees with CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Certifications is preferred.
- At least two+ years of working experience in an IT help desk/systems administration role is required.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and grow, knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, some experience in Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, and the physical ability to lift and move computers, monitors, and servers.
