Job Description & Skill Requirements:
- Provide support for installation, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting for various control and automation projects.
- Design Control System Architecture (CSA).
- Design control study/User Required Document (URD) for PLC & HMI programming.
- Machine vision camera integration with PLCs.
- Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings, and Bill of Material (BOM).
- Design, review, and perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ documents for new equipment installation at site.
- Perform multi-discipline and vendor coordination for new equipment installation.
- Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirements.
- Design feasibility study, design basis document, and detailed engineering technical documents (Cable schedule, Device List/Tag List) for new equipment/machine.
- Design & review technical documents like engineering information for fabricator/contractor for activities to be performed in sequence at the site for site clearance and new installation.
- Deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget in compliance with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88, and PackML Standards.
Qualifications:
- BE in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control.
