We have partnered with an elite FinTech partner, who is looking for Staff Data Scientists to work on their AI-powered personal investment platform. You will help enable customers gain investment intelligence that up to now, has only been offered to financial advisors. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for GenAI and LLMs, who can build end-to-end solutions in a high-impact role.
This position is fully remote, with a base salary range of $190,000 - $230,000. Flexible PTO, 401k plan, excellent benefits included!
Desired Skills and Experience
Must haves:
- 5-6 years of machine learning/deep learning experience within frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- 2+ years of practical experience in the development of generative AI applications
- Experienced in the field of NLP/LLM and well-versed with the latest SOTA models
- Hands-on experience with PEFT fine-tuning techniques (e.g. LORA)
- Productionalized end-to-end LLaMA or Mistral/Mixtral models
Good to haves:
- RAG Architecture experience
- Distributed Training
- Customer facing chatbot experience
