GTM Payroll Services is a full-service provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions on the isolved platform and we are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing service team. The position of Account Manager serves as an integral component to GTM. This position is primarily responsible for providing high touch customer service, communicating effectively both verbally and in written form with clients, performing payroll processing, and HCM system support. Our Account Managers are comfortable utilizing and speaking technology, are multi-taskers by inputting, setting up payroll deductions, earnings, garnishments, levies and generating reports. Our Account Managers create and maintain effective working relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, insurance brokers, HR professionals and other professional contacts.

Your day-to-day:
Maintain dedicated relationships with high level GTM clients
Responsible for all aspects of quality service for assigned local business clients
Contact and assist clients in all areas of payroll processing on a multi-faceted HCM system
Provide software training and support on Payroll, Time and Labor and HRIS systems
Maintain knowledge of GTM services and ensure that our clients are maximizing their value from each of our products and services
Understand the business needs of our clients and research and resolve challenges Partner with the New Accounts team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding of new clients
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily, monthly and quarterly, goals
Track client touchpoints and provide timely feedback to the management team regarding service failures or customer concerns, as well as potential process improvements

Minimum Qualifications:
4-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working in and supporting clients on the isolved HCM platform
Specific experience working in Evolution is a plus
FPC or CPP is preferred
