The Table Service Restaurant; (TSR) Culinary Person in our Table Service Restaurants is responsible for welcoming and interacting with our Guests in a positive and friendly manner, greeting and seating, working in one of the following positions: Podium Greeter and Seater/Setter assisting Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent Guest and Cast service.
Basic Qualifications : - You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Previous work experience in table service restaurants
- Experience problem solving, ability to be flexible and maintain poise and high energy throughout
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidence in high-pressure situations
- Must maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area
- Perform all job related functions in a cordial and friendly manner, committed to exceeding Guest's expectations
- Must possess computer experience and technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations. Should have the ability to multitask independently in fast-paced environments while accurately inputting detailed information into the reservation system with continual computer use.
- Maintain the integrity of the Disney brand and provide Guests with the most accurate Resort information
Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
- This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons.
- Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends.
