Referral Program:
Referrals are the highest compliment a recruiter and an agency can receive. We recognize that good referrals are hard to come by which is why we created a unique offering for anyone that chooses to refer someone to us. We provide referral bonuses for up to 3 assignments for the clinician that you send to us.
To Qualify, Referrals are candidates not in our database, assignments must be 13 weeks in length, and subsequent assignments must be within 30 days of the previous assignment to qualify.
Loyalty Program:
We value hard work and commitment, and our Loyalty program showcases just that. Earn exclusive rewards and perks as you clock hours toward your loyalty milestones. You are rewarded for the number of hours you work, not based on the number of assignments, so the more you work, the more you unlock. We like to offer achievable milestones that can happen BEFORE your assignment ends, not just after. We know you have your choice in selecting an agency, so at Cynet, it pays to be loyal.
Accumulated hours expire after one year of separation/inactivity from your last assignment and reset to zero.
