Description:Established in 1970, Orthopedic Associates of Hartford, P.C. is one of the area's largest and most respected orthopedic specialty groups.
In support of our very busy practice, we are currently seeking an experienced bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Switchboard Operator.If you are someone who thrives in making a difference by helping others, are bi-lingual (Spanish/English), have excellent grammar, multi-line switchboard, and customer service experience, this job is for you. This position is Monday through Friday, eight hours daily.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers high volume, multi-line switchboard promptly, politely and professionally, directing calls to their destination without delay.
- Provides superior customer service at switchboard, including outstanding first impression of Orthopedic Associates of Hartford to all callers.
- Translates for our Spanish speaking patients when necessary.
- Responsible for complete understanding of daily schedules.
- Maintains effective communication with management.
- Other duties, as may be assigned by management.

- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Bi-lingual - must be fluent in Spanish and English.
