Our financial client in the Malvern, PA area is looking to hire a Sr./Lead Datacenter Network engineer. The ideal candidate would be a SME in Cisco Routers and Switches, Linux or Windows Servers & Virtualization (nutanix or other), monitoring of an environment with 2,500+ switches, NOC experience, Ansible, iaC, Terraform, NetOps, DevOps, or Python for automation, and Network-Centric mindset. (Pushing towards DevOps / CICD and cloud, currently 2 datacenters and hybrid cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments managed with nutanix, mix of manual and netops/devops, on-prem and cloud for a financial services SaaS product.
This is a fulltime role, targeting pay rate during the contract period from $80-$90/hr W2 or $85- $99.50/hr C2C for a candidate working through their own corporation & conversion salary in line with those hourly targets after an estimated 6 months.
*** Hybrid onsite 2-3x a week in Malvern, PA with some occasional travels to regional datacenters.
This role does adhere to an on-call rotation once every 6 weeks.
