Job Description:
Contract Processing:
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of all contracts and related documents.
- Process them timely and improve efficiency.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve contract management processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for contract administration.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to facilitate contract execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on contract processes and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual agreements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualified candidates would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
- 1-2 years or more of proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
