About the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a non-profit or human services organization. Proficiency in WordPress, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently. Experience with non-profit fundraising and understanding of human services organizations is a major plus. Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
