- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Seven 24 hour shifts in a 28 day period
- Smaller facility in the Tyler, TX area
- NICU covered by NNP's and Neonatologists
- Avg daily census for the past 6 months has been 24 neonates
- NNP's have to attend deliveries of premature, twins, or high risk babies
- Avg 5 deliveries per day
- Strong salary with 5% annual quality bonus - 2.5% of base salary paid twice a year
