Responsibilities:
· Support strategic planning and execution of key company initiatives
· Oversee daily administration functions and ensure efficiency across departments
· Lead and manage special projects to drive company goals
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment
· Manage the executive’s agenda, including calendar, meetings, and communications
· Prepare reports and briefings for executive decision-making
· Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the organization
· Galvanize internal communication and engagement
· Support HR functions, including talent management and fostering company culture
· Assist with financial oversight, including budgeting and financial reporting

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects
