Our construction client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Project Engineer to join their growing team in Phoenix, Arizona! This individual will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and deadlines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project engineering and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support project management in the development and execution of project plans.
- Assist with technical documentation, project reports, including RFI's and submittals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Assist the estimating team with takeoffs and bid creations.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore and Bluebeam is ideal, but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
