Position Summary As the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor at Anthony's Villa, you will lead a team of MST therapists in providing high-quality, community-based therapeutic interventions to youth and their families. This role focuses on supervising clinical practice, ensuring adherence to MST protocols, enhancing team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical service delivery. Your responsibilities will include clinical supervision, staff training, quality assurance, and collaboration with community stakeholders.
This position will oversee 1 team of 4 MST Therapists in Erie, Huron, Ottawa, and Sandusky Counties. This may expand to a second team of 4 in the future.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to MST therapists, ensuring clinical interventions are delivered effectively and according to MST standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of therapists through regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor and enhance the quality of clinical services through comprehensive reviews, adherence to treatment fidelity, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and maintain strong relationships with community agencies, schools, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and foster collaborative efforts.
- Program Oversight: Oversee the administration of the MST program, including budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Therapeutic Excellence: Promote and model advanced therapeutic practices and principles among team members to ensure the highest level of care.
- Crisis Management: Provide expert consultation in handling high-risk cases and crisis situations, ensuring appropriate therapeutic responses and safety measures.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Advanced Licensure Required: Must possess an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license in the state of Ohio.
- Educational Background: Holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in supervising clinical therapy for youth and families, with substantial expertise in evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of effectively managing and developing clinical teams.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Organizational and Strategic Skills: Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills with the ability to oversee complex clinical operations.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as frequent travel to various community settings is part of this role.
