Our client in the Oxnard/Ventura area is seeking two tech-savvy individuals for a 90-day (4+ months) temporary assignment. This role involves supporting a company-wide software roll-out by installing about 3,000 pieces of equipment across various departments.
- Shifts could range from 8 AM to midnight, with most work occurring between 3 PM and midnight, including possible weekend shifts.

Requirements
- IT experience, with the ability to assist users with PCs in person, over the phone, or remotely.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic networking knowledge, including familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including managing spreadsheets, performing calculations, creating charts, and using pivot tables.
Experience
- Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based PCs and peripherals.
- Experienced in resolving networked printer issues.
- Proficient with both Android and Apple mobile devices.
- Certifications (a plus)
