What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine the impact on the project; adjust or correct project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
- Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cash flow, and budget vs cost reviews (WIP reviews).
- Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities regularly with customers and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
- Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
- Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on projects, quickly addressing concerns, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
- 1-3 years administrative support, office management or equivalent
