The On-Site Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems, including PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement improvements.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up and decommissioning equipment.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and software usage.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues and familiarity with networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
