THE ROLE
As a Tech Lead you will…
- Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning models using Generative AI and LLMs
- Built the infrastructure and platform to allow ML models to be deployed at scale
- Productionize and scale advanced machine learning algorithms
- Work with large scale data to build top solutions
- Build microservices and data pipelines
- Lead projects and mentor more junior members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of full time experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms
- Experience with ML platform and infrastructure
- Experience with ML scalability
- Huge plus if you have deployed generative AI models into production in the past
- Experience leading teams is a huge plus
- Tools: Python, Tensorflow, SQL, Spark, Docker, GCP / AZURE / AWS
THE BENEFITS
As a Tech Lead, you can expect a base salary between $230,000 to $275,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
