Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead to be a key resource on a technical services team.

**Location of job: Hybrid role with 2 days onsite.**
Responsibilities
Responsible for communications to Project Sponsors and our client's internal team for accomplishment of project's objectives.
- Lead Serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery aspects for this application and is
- Responsible for communication and status reporting.
- Identify resources are available to complete project assignments in a timely manner and identify potential risks, constraints, and issues that may have an impact on the project and is responsible for the development of strategics to address them.
- Responsible 'or coordination with the IT Operations and Security for any infrastructure or security assessments required for the applications
- Perform other duties as assigned by branch manager.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
- Maintains and utilizes detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of
- Industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.
- As needed. provide a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
- 8 years familiar with standard concepts, practices and SDLC .
- 8 years experience in working with Product Owner Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.
- 8 years exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing and communication skills
- 8 years experience with Project Management Life Cycle, the Agile Development Life cycle.
- 8 years experience in meeting tight deadlines.
- 8 years experience in Communicating program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders.
Preferred (Required):
- 3 years of Service-Now Dashboards, Visual Task Boards. Leading and Coordinating Projects.
- 3 years experience with Microsoft: Office Suite, Knowledge of Azure DevOps. Service-Now.
- 3 years of driving communication between customers and vendors.
