Our client is seeking a Oracle Fusion Business Analyst/Systems Admin in Spokane, WA/ Hybrid.
Role Description
• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and develop test scenarios for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Systems Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain the Oracle Fusion applications environment, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, and other related modules.
• Integration Management: Plan, design, and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal performance.
• Patch Management and Upgrades: Plan and execute patching and upgrade activities for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, including user access management and role-based access control.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Oracle Fusion applications.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong experience in systems administration and integration of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Oracle certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
• Knowledge of data migration and conversion techniques.
