An RBW Pharma partner with over 60 years industry experience are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team!
Specialising in Sterile Injectables and with a clear business vision to increase their Contract Manufacturing capabilities, this organisation are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for Capital Projects.
With a headcount of 1000 across 2 sites in CO, you will be joining a collaborative and ambitious team to manufacture not only their own portfolio of complex Oncology and Urology products but also the Manufacture of clients focused in Sterile Injectables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multiple large and small projects simultaneously, from development of project scope and design documents through oversight and completion of all construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities.
- Lead project plan development (i.e., prepare/review project proposals, goals and objectives budget, scope, user requirements specifications, functional specifications, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risk assessment, roles and responsibilities, etc.).
- Serve as main point of contact for capital project(s), ensuring key initiatives are met and on time delivery of critical milestones.
- Understanding of P&ID’s and how to interpret sequencing.
- Proactively identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies in alignment with project team(s) and stakeholder.
