Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Manager/SR Manager specializing in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) space to join our dedicated team focused on delivering IT solutions tailored to Life Science & Healthcare clients. This strategic role is crucial for driving the consulting, migration, and implementation of CRM solutions for our life sciences and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM systems, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex CRM projects. This candidate will manage, mentor, and inspire an integrated team responsible for Project Management, System Migration, Implementation, and Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our strategic CRM support offerings within the Life Science & Healthcare segment for our CRM strategy & implementation team.
- Collaborate closely with Life Science & Healthcare clients to understand their CRM needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the split, consulting, migration, and implementation of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions to meet specific client requirements in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Client Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions for CRM split, migration, and implementation.
- System Migration: Manage the migration process from existing CRM systems to Salesforce and Veeva, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implementation: Oversee team that will do the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and comply with industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and Veeva CRM technologies and incorporate best practices into implementation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Deep experience in CRM implementation, with at least 1 year in a management role, within the Life Science & Healthcare sector.
- Strong familiarity of various CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA, Synergistix or similar systems.
- A strategic knowledge of the industry and its changing landscape
- A strong desire to grow business and contribute to growth of the Business unit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Life Science and healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
