Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Bancare, Inc. The Project Manager. Oversees and directs all phases of a construction project. Designs and implements project plans. Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certification in Project Management is a plus
- 1 - 3 years project supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in Procore preferred
Construction Project Manager Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in an accredited design or construction-related curriculum is required
- Experience with design-build, construction management, and hard-bid projects
- Experience with ground-up projects
- Experience with specific to high-end office remodels
- Able to monitor project costs, perform cost analysis, and prepare project reports
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Excellent collaboration, analytical, communication, and time management skills
- 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor required
- Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
- BIM Experience – entry level
