Project Details:
- High Pressure Integrity Assessments focused primarily on facility management and distribution integrity
Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of Project Management and Engineering experience (Minimum of 2 years of PM experience)
- Oil and Gas Experience, supporting projects that are Engineering/Construction in nature
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in oral, written, and electronic forms to internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing projects related to risk or integrity assessments
- NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) certification is highly desired.
- Familiar with ASME B31.8, B31.8S, 49 CFR 192, API 1163 is highly desired.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required - Engineering Discipline preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Petrochemical, etc)
Day to day responsibilities:
The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will be responsible for managing and tracking compliance and conformance tasks throughout the 4-step integrity assessments process. Activities may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Initiate project Work Order Authorization, manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of assessments project including project scope, timelines, initial cost estimates, and stage-gate presentations.
- Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements. Provide direction to contractors, ILI vendors, consultants, and project team.
- Manage the execution and documentation of tasks throughout the integrity assessment process.
- Analyze and determine regulatory impacts and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, industry guidelines, and Company standards.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to communicate project status, Stage-Gate presentations, or communicate assessment findings.
- Work with schedulers to keep Operations personnel informed on assessment project status.
- Perform other duties as assigned
