Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, CA for a Software Engineer focused on our Integrations. This is not an entry level role, some autonomy is expected. We are looking for experienced, business-minded software engineers who are comfortable being in front of customers and partners asking good questions and understanding details.
Expectations
- You will maintain our API and help our partners troubleshoot their integrations.
- You will integrate Akia into other systems and maintain those connections.
- You will work closely with our sales teams and customers and educate them on the scope of our API or potential integrations.
- 20-50% of your day to day will be spent meeting with partners, customers, or internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience building web applications
- Experience in API integrations, system implementations, and technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
