Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Sciences, or a related field.
- Preferred prior internship or co-op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong leadership potential.
- Ability to quickly learn, handle ambiguity, take initiative, and deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Associates will collaborate closely with Quality engineers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs), expanding their professional network.
- Experience in New Product Development or Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Quality Systems.
- Contributing significantly to product design, development, or manufacturing.
