We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Physician Operations to lead the planning and transformation of the Maimonides Doctors’ Faculty Practice (MDFP) into an integrated multi-specialty physician organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, this position will focus on the operations of the practices and will include an assessment and development of standards to optimize patient access and clinical efficiency, financial management, establishing quality metrics and incentive methodology for various physician contracts. In addition, this position will have responsibility for physician recruitment, strategic faculty development, budget development, monthly operating reviews and driving accountability for financial results.
We require:
- MBA, Masters in Finance or Accounting or Health Care Administration
- Significant experience in running a sizable faculty practice or practice system from an operational and, preferably with financial competencies
Salary: $350,000 - $400,000. We offer exceptional compensation and comprehensive benefits including a 403b retirement plan.
