Calling all Traffic Managers with experience in working alongside a creative agency team. Our client in the education space is looking for a Traffic Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity.
This Traffic Manager role is:
- Onsite in Indianapolis Tuesday through Thursday with some scheduling flexibility.
- Freelance
- Planning to start next week
- 40 hours per week
- Required to have their own their own computer or will be provided a computer
The Traffic Manager will be responsible for:
- Reviewing incoming projects in Wrike
- Confirming all details of projects & gathering any missing information from stakeholders
- Setting due dates, assigning work to team members, monitoring timelines
- Escalating projects that are at risk
- Ensuring quality of work
- Sending approved work to execution team members
The Traffic Manager must have:
- 3+ years of experience in creative traffic or project management
- Experience working within a project management software, preferably Wrike
- Experience communicating cross-functionally with team members
- Experience assigning project tasks, collecting project details, & checking accuracy of work output
- Setting & resetting project priorities
- Good communication skills, be proactive, & stay organized
- Ability to be onsite in Indianapolis
