The company specializes in the Chassis system, which consists of brakes, suspension, and steering and ADAS(Driver Assistance System). It is a global company with multiple offices in many countries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for process improvements and daily manufacturing engineering support to the plant
- Assist in developing a business plan for manufacturing area
- Assist with the quote process for new projects
- Provide technical support for maintenance and production
- Solve major quality Issues in terms of engineering points
- Assist and prepare capital projects for the plant area
- Standardization of line operation including documentation
- Manage process variation by reviewing quality reports and implement corrective action for all non-compliance to ensure/maintain process control and capability
- Continuously demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience, with at least three (3) years in machining experience.
- Understanding of GD&T for machining drawing
- Basic knowledge for Cutting tool and Cutting conditions at Machining Field
- Automotive experience in a high volume machining environment a plus
- Comprehensive Understanding of CNC program
- Bilingual in Korean and English
