Hybrid role( 3 days onsite)
Required Skills:
1. 5+ years as a Product Owner
2. Experience managing the portfolio of a product team
3. Data analysis/Profiling
4. Ability to partner with other functional areas
5. Ability to develop awareness of business function for which application is being designed in order to drive out detailed requirements and form effective partnerships
6. Strong analytical ability, independent problem solving, and effective communication skills
7. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast paced agile environment
8. Expert knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and industry practices
9. Expert understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications
10. Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
11. Excellent written, verbal and diagramming skills. Expertise in using PowerPoint and clearly articulating findings/presenting solutions.
Should be able to go and query the environments: SQL, JIRA, Data Governance, BASEL
Questions:
1. What is a product backlog?
2. Who is responsible for setting Sprint goals?
3. Explain how product managers are different from product owners.
