Compensation range: $115,000 - $130,000 base + bonus + benefits

Job Description: As a Product Owner, you will be the key driver of our product development process, ensuring that our software products align with market demands, customer needs, and our business objectives. Your role will be critical in delivering exceptional user experiences and successful product launches.
Qualifications:
•5+ years Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare / Pharmacy domain experience strongly preferred
•Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer needs and business goals.
•Knowledge of market trends, user experience design, and customer-driven product development. •Experience with product management tools and platforms, preferably Confluence, is a plus. •Experience with project management, experience with project management tools is a plus.
•Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, design, marketing, development, and customer support, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
•Develop, document, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide the development team effectively.
•Maintain and help prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is continually updated based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
•Advocate for the needs of end-users, translating their requirements into actionable product features that enhance user experience.
•Assist with sprint planning and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure the team is aligned with the product roadmap and vision.
•Work closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet customer expectations.
•Identify and address potential risks and obstacles that may impact product delivery or customer satisfaction.
•Mange the entirety of the product development process from ideation to the execution of the Go to Market strategy
