Title: Senior Business Analyst

Summary:
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting agile software development with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role involves working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and Agile Teams to analyze data, gather user insights, and drive product development. The Business Analyst helps gather and document requirements and ensures the software meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business operations and contribute to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud product lifecycle.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist Product Owners in managing backlogs by prioritizing and refining tasks based on data, trends, and feedback.
- Gather and document requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects, writing user stories and other documentation for Agile teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring the quality of software aligns with customer expectations.
- Participate in agile events to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Analyze product data to provide insights that inform the product roadmap and improve customer engagement.
- Conduct user research to understand needs and identify gaps or performance issues.
- Help maintain program and team boards for transparency and communication.
- Monitor the impact of new features and report on customer engagement and ROI.
- Keep detailed records of analyses, feedback, and customer expectations.
- Contribute to best practices within the Product Management team.
- Support stakeholders during project initiation and assist with change management and user training for new Salesforce Commerce Cloud features.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in product analytics or business analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud tools and analytics.
- Experience with tools like SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and roles within product teams.
- Agile certification in the Product Owner domain (e.g., CSPO, PSM, SAFe POPM) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in Agile environments.
