Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Entra Engineer to join our Digital Identity Group. This position is initially a 6 week contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. As a Microsoft Entitlements Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting solutions within Microsoft's ecosystem, focusing on Azure, Decentralized Identity, Purview, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to identity and access management (IAM).
- Implement and configure Microsoft Azure-based solutions for IAM, leveraging Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, and Azure Purview.
- Configure and manage Decentralized Identity solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of digital identities.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Azure AD and other relevant technologies.
- Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across enterprise applications.
- Conduct technical assessments, recommend solutions, and implement changes to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Microsoft Entitlements solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of IAM solutions.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures related to IAM implementations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3 years) working as a Microsoft Entitlements Engineer, IAM Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure-based identity and access management solutions.
- Solid understanding of Decentralized Identity concepts, principles, and implementation strategies.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, Azure Purview, and Azure Security Center.
- Proficiency in configuring and integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Knowledge of identity governance and regulatory compliance requirements in the context of Azure-based IAM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to IAM solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are advantageous.
