Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to assist two team members with mobility challenges in supporting our end users. The primary responsibilities include setting up computers, printers, and office spaces for new users, as well as supporting and managing the physical aspects of IT support functions. Additionally, this role involves documenting daily tasks related to the support of these team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new users' computers, printers, and office spaces.
- Provide physical support for IT-related tasks, including moving and installing equipment.
- Document daily tasks and procedures to ensure efficient support operations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain and manage network equipment and video conferencing systems.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Nutanix and VMware platforms.
- Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication software.
- Familiarity with network equipment management.
- Experience with video conferencing systems and their maintenance.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members with mobility challenges.
