The Executive Assistant provides administrative support toSenior Leaders so to increase their time and focus on executive level responsibilities. May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive materials. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Plans, organizes, manages, executes meetings, relationships, and communicates on behalf of the executives. The incumbent must work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Work Experience
- 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.

Pay Range: $42,556.00 - $67,900.00
