Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate quantity take offs
- Examine market pricing trends
- Manage job cost history
- Help with review of construction drawings
- Monitor project and revise quantity take offs for changes
- Analyze subcontractor performance
- Participate in budget reviews
- Prepare conceptual estimates
Experience Required
- At least a college degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar related discipline
- 3-5 years of construction industry experience
- Experience in multifamily projects is preferred
- At least 2 years of estimating experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
